In order to provide our customers with superb service, quick delivery and efficient technical support, the company operates 3 main departments that report to one, central management, which determines the company’s vision, values and marketing and business strategies.
The management is located in the central region branch in Holon, and its main responsibilities are the handling of imports, the financial and business aspects of our operations, the company’s organization and the planning of its business strategy and long-term goals. At the head of the company stands its founder, Shlomo Gottfried, and it is managed by Ya’akov and Israel Gottfried.
Marketing and Technical Support
This department is manned by professionals from the architecture and engineering domains, who consult and guide architects and acoustics experts. The department’s team is vastly knowledgeable in acoustics and intimately familiar with the company’s products and their uses. Thus, it is able to adapt aesthetic and technical solutions to meet the customers’ different needs.
To establish itself as a market leader, the company expanded its operations by opening new branches all over Israel. To coordinate this network, the company owns a large, 4,000 m2 logistics center in Gan Yavne, near the Ashdod Seaport and Highway 6. The structure’s size and convenient location allow the company to hold a large stock of products and deliver large orders quickly and efficiently.
The Sales Department
The company employs skilled salespeople who work with contractors throughout Israel, quickly responding to the needs of construction projects of various scopes, while maintaining the highest quality of service.
